Information for our clients - the natural persons who receive services from us

The intermediary processes your personal data for the purpose of concluding with you and executing a mediation contract. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6, paragraph 1, points (b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. The intermediary's legitimate interest is to properly fulfill the obligations of such an agreement. The mediator for data processing is data manager.

Your personal data processing is required for the conclusion and execution of the contract. If you do not provide personal data, the Mediator may have difficulty concluding or executing a contract.

Your personal data may be transferred to the Intermediary's employees, agents and service providers, such as legal, accounting, or IT service providers.

To request access, edits, data deletion, processing limitation, or other data processing issues, contact us by writing to our registered address. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate.

Your personal data will be kept until the execution of the mediation contract as well as the statutory limitation period. In the event of legal proceedings, the data will be stored until the end of such proceedings. If the storage of personal data is required by law, the Mediator will comply with the requirements of the law.

Information for our clients - legal entities who receive services from us

To receive services from us, you submit information about your agent and your contacts. Please inform these persons about the fact that they are processing personal data and the opportunity to find out here how such personal data processing is carried out.

Information for interested persons who contact us for viewing real estate

An intermediary will process your personal data for the following purposes:

To answer your questions or requests, for example, to arrange real estate reviews;

To execute the contract with the real estate owner - to prove the fact of real estate inspection;

With your consent - to send you information about similar real estate by e-mail or to contact you by phone to offer you a real estate survey.

Your personal data for the performance of the contract will be processed on the basis of our legitimate interests, and our legitimate interest is to prove to the real estate owner that we are fulfilling our obligations under the mediation agreement. If you do not provide this information, we can not prove that the review has been completed.

As regards the provision of information on a matter or request and on similar real estate, your personal data will be processed on the basis of consent, and your consent and submission of personal data will be voluntary. If you do not provide them, we will not contact you, including for the purpose of informing you about similar real estate.

You may revoke your consent at any time, but this will not affect the legality of the processing of personal data performed before the withdrawal of such consent. Your personal data will be stored until the execution of the mediation agreement. If you provided the consent as above, your personal data will be stored until you acknowledge your consent. If you accept your consent, we will no longer be in contact with you for further information on similar real estate.

Your personal data may be transferred to the Broker's real estate agents as well as to other persons providing services to the Intermediary, such as IT service providers.
